On Wednesday April 7, 2021 OnBase will be unavailable from 7 AM until 7 PM for ALL users.
We will need to push updates to those machines that have the OnBase Thick Client. Web-only users should not be affected and will be able to resume normal use on April 8.

For our MITS districts, this means:
1. Updates will be automatically be pushed to computers that have the OnBase Client

For our NON-MITS district:
We will send instructions to District Techs who have administrative rights in order to
1. Uninstall the old Client and install the updated OnBase EP3 client version
2. Uninstall the current Virtual Print Drivers (if used) and install new drivers

There will be few noticeable differences in either the look or functionality of the web or Thick Client for users. We will work to minimize downtime for our users, but plan on no access Wed April 7.
