On Monday, November 3rd, between 10 PM and 2 AM, MIndex will be deploying a bug fix for a mobile app bug they have identified. Please be advised this upgrade will necessitate downtime, and the system will be unavailable from 10:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. SchoolTool will not be available during this time.
From Mindex: Background Information: Our internal monitoring software alerted us to an error that is potentially impacting mobile app users and preventing parents from viewing their students schedules on the app. Our Support team did not receive any reports of this error from the field, but we wanted to proactively make you aware and install a fix as soon as possible in case you do hear reports from the community.
