Please be advised that we are planning a half-day network disruption to the entire network on Sunday, October 6th, from 9AM to 1PM. This is a necessary measure to ensure the stability and security of our network. This disruption will affect all districts (MITS and Non-MITS). We kindly ask you to communicate this to your districts, and any districts you provide services to, so they can plan their work accordingly. This scheduled maintenance affected: Student Management Systems (SchoolTool, eSchoolPlus, PowerSchool, Schoology - SMS Integration), Regional Internet Connection, eSchoolView, Data Warehouse, OnBase, Frontline Education Professional Growth, ServiceNow Ticketing System, Remote VPN Service, BoardDocs, Managed IT Services (Google Accounts, Email / Office 365, MyApps Portal, Windows Devices), Auto Notification (Safe Arrival, School Messenger), Special Education Systems (Frontline IEP, ClearTrack200), Library Media Services (OPALS Library Automation), BTBOCES Duplicating Center (WebCRD), Cafeteria Management Services (eTrition, Mosaic), and Financial Systems (nVision, WinCap, WinCap Web).
